A new vibrant residential hub fostering a creative, family-friendly urban community.
ZOHO is a 4-storey residential development located on a vibrant neighbor in the North of Rotterdam. This building is an urban catalyst for an area that is evolving very fast and attract young couple, family and creative. Design, scale and form have been carefully considered to respect and enhance the appearance of the neighboring properties.
Our vision for this project is to create a functional and economically viable building that would have both a positive impact socially and environmentally. We are eager to see social benefits arise from our construction and excited to help create, foster, and future a sense of community.
ZOHO will host 12 town house duplexes of approximately 95m2 with backyards and 12 city apartments between 85m2 and 115m2 with sunny balconies or green roof terraces facing south.
Generous planters have been carefully integrated into the façade and will host a variety of different types of trees and flowers.
Future owners will be able to enjoy the benefit of an elevated garden terrace and the neighbor will result more green and welcoming.
The variations in color and shapes of the plants will produce a tremendous iridescent landmark in every season and it will regulates humidity, produces oxygen and absorbs CO2.
